JP Auto Transport

We are a transport company that was hired by JP Auto to move some of their units. They charged their customers for the transfer and did not pay us for for doing the actual work. We will be filling a bond claim and taking them to court.

Contracted JP Auto Transport to ship my F-150 to Texas as they had the good reviews on here but my experience was terrible. They would set up a pickup time and then no call no show. One of the three times they attempted to get someone pick up the truck I actually got a call saying the driver took a different job instead, so I got to go back in to work for a half day at least. JP Auto Transport wasted my time and delayed my pickup by weeks beyond the original scheduled pickup date. It got to the point where they couldn't deliver the vehicle by the date needed so they just said 'ok we will refund your money now.' This left me SCRAMBLING to find alternate logistical accommodations at the last second. To add insult to injury they did not refund anything (they demanded full payment BEFORE pickup - what I have now learned is a huge red flag in this business) and I am now having to dispute the payment in full with my CC company. Pretty horrible experience. Better options out there for auto transport, check r/AutoTransport, but it did cost me about $300 more to go with a different shipper (expedited due to circumstances). Happy to report that my F-150 has been delivered in TX now but no thanks to JP Auto Transport.

Great experience all around! Great communication throughout the process. Car was picked up promptly and delivered within a day of their estimate. Pickup each time was smooth and painless. The actual driving company, Jana Transport, was very professional and easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the process.
