Sharing a pleasant experience I had shipping 2 cars with JP Auto Transport from CT to TX.

I received a quote on their website and after using a coupon code for 15% off it came to about $2400 total for both vehicles with the option for pickup within a 7 day window, which I thought was a fair and reasonable price. This included all taxes, insurance, and shipping costs- confirmed there were no further hidden costs or charges.

Customer service immediately reached out after I booked to confirm pickup/delivery details.

I had requested for pickup on Dec 7. On Dec 4, I received a msg I had been assigned a carrier and driver with contact info.

Driver reached out to me the day before to confirm pickup. On Dec 7, driver arrived on time, completed the inspection, loaded both vehicles up and was on the road within 30 min. Delivery was scheduled for Dec 12. Driver ended up beating that by 2 days and arrived today Dec 10 in perfect condition.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth everything went. I will for sure return for any future transport services needed and highly recommend them, thanks again JP Auto!

When looking for a car transport, there seemed to be a lot of issues with other companies. Happy that I picked JP because there were no issues. Pricing was upfront, no bait and switch. The communication from them during the whole process was great and I would definitely use their services again.
