I hired JSO four months ago to move from Ellijay to Marble Hill. Based solely on the fact that he didn’t have big enough equipment or trailer a $1500 move became $3000 for two trips and upon delivery stainless steel French door refrigerator had been damaged by trying to jam it through a doorway which hyperextended the upper door and bent the framing, also ripped the weatherstripping off of the door. I brought this to Johns attention. He said that he would have it repaired two weeks later he came and picked up the refrigerator. A week later he brought it back, plugged it in and powered it up however, it no longer got cold. His suggestion was to try it in a different electrical outlet. $90 later having had the refrigerator repaired. Whoever did the work didn’t align the buttons on the inside to where when you close the door, it would actually begin to chill. As for the damage on the weatherstripping on the door, John suggestion was that I go buy the parts I install them and he’ll pay me for the parts. Not being the one that caused the damage I’m not gonna be the one that does the work And drives all the way to Home Depot or Lowe’s to pick up the parts further a $2000 antique leather chair had the back ripped out of it and when I texted John a photograph of it and questioned it I’ve never heard a response back. So I have a damaged refrigerator , although it is a garage refrigerator, it had no damage prior to the JSO folks damaging it I have damaged weatherstripping. I have a damaged antique chair and the top it off he didn’t think I saw the fact that he backed his trailer into my fence/gate post And broke the glass on the post light. All together I would steer clear of JSO logistics.
January 5, 2024: To date still no follow up on the replacement of the weatherstripping on my shop door, nor the replacement of my refrigerator nor the repair of my antique chair. Excellent job John and JSO .
