Justo Blanket Wrap Delivery

Jake and Cesar with Justo delivered our new king mattress and foundation yesterday. They were wonderful. On time, fast, efficient and courteous. I think they were all done in 15 minutes. They even offered to wear booties over their shoes because of our light colored carpeting. We highly recommend Justo!

The delivery was at a SF condo complex and the delivery staff was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. They get 5 stars
However, the office staff only gets 1 star. It was extremely difficult to the get the proper COI for the delivery (even though they kept saying they deliver in SF all the time where COI are very common). We gave very detailed instructions and they were not followed. In fact, we never got all of the COIs and we had to use my homeowners insurance to cover the delivery. Several folks ended up being very rude and impatient with us even though it was their fault. We would not recommend them and will tell the stores we are buying from that we will not use Justo in the future.
