Do not use this company. Their accounting is terrible and they billed me for several projects - months after the projects were closed and complete, even after I had communicated with their accounting department on a regular/weekly basis, even giving them access to my credit card for convenience upon scheduling a delivery. Kirk Berube gave me a lame excuse about his personnel issues. , I understand there can be problems, this should not have become my problem, leaving me to sort thru his accounting mess.
Their delivery people are unprofessional and many times my clients were left with screws or parts that were not installed correctly. The guys also often complained about their job or the delivery in front of my clients. In December they delivered some barstools to a client in los altos and did not attach the seats properly leaving screws on the floor.
I treat my vendors with the utmost respect and fairness and am very conscious of paying my receivables on time. The accounting nightmare I am going thru with Justo is unacceptable and they have proven not to be a good partner in the design community.
