This is bad business.
Saatva uses this extremely unprofessional business to pick up and deliver their mattresses. Very incompetent staff who simply lies all the times. They take weeks to come pick it up and even longer to deliver back after repair. When I called in to inquire about it - rep has been lying to be, telling they don't have it, when in fact they had it for almost a week. And they schedule for weeks in advance to deliver back. As result Saatva takes a few days to actually repair and these scammers take weeks for pick up and delivery. I do not recommend to use them or deal with them in any way or form. Stay away.

This company is absolutely horrible. Broken furniture and extremely rude. The people have no idea what they are doing! They are not high end.. they are terrible.
