Horrible customer service. 3 days trying to purchase a unit and there is no staff present. You call customer service several times and they can't explain the offers or the information to purchase a unit... what is happening here? In 2 hours they have lost around 10 customers who are in the same situation of purchasing and no one is present and they don't even know how to help you over the phone.

Went to the office one Saturday morning looking for help to rent a storage for items I need stored. They were very accommodating and made the whole process smooth. They were upfront with their pricing and options. The storage building is well lit and very clean and also very conveniently located close to home. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a climate controlled storage space.
