Review:

✔️1st time using this storage facility. It is located on the out skirts of Cleveland. JustStorage is in the Old
Richmond Mall campus. Facility is easy to locate even through construction work. It is well secured with multiple cameras to provide the safety needed for after hours usage. Nice, spacious and clean.
If I had to make a negative comment it would be to have a workable access to enter the building. At this time only one keypad work to enter the building.
My husband and I was serviced by Crystal who displayed excellent customer service and was well knowledge about the storage faculty. She made us feel comfortable in spite of the headaches of moving.??
We would use this facility again.
