Excellent experience! Sunday the property manager was so very hospitable and accommodating. I had a storage unit for work at another establishment and decided to move to Just Storage for many features I wasn’t getting at my existing one. At JS, I was able to get double the storage space, climate control, very accessible (I use my for work and am in an out frequently), very clean, and there is ample lighting, plus security and restrooms and carts to use…all for 1/3rd less than what I was paying. Also, I love that they were able to take an abandoned K-Mart building and repurpose it for this reason.

Would not reccomend this storage unit to anyone. I noticed Sunday in the office will pick and choose when she wants to be in the office. Has removed my form of payment I know I allowed for direct deposit when I first moved in. To avoid any fees please just apply your own rental or home owner insurance. If anything goes wrong, expect to hear back about 3 weeks later and it's more or less about Courtney their DM not getting back to them just yet. Not sure what is going on, this whole company has had 3 different managements take ownership. Not something that is safe to partake business with. Rental increase will happen within 3 months of storing here. Alllllll in alllllll not worth spending your money on monthly. YOU WONT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE IN THE OFFICE!!!!!!

Sunday is a pleasure to work with. JustStorage should feel lucky to have her. As a small business owner I know how difficult it is to find good people.

Super nice facility. Very clean and well cared for. Sunday was very helpful in getting us set up and showing us around.
