Been storing stuff here for a couple years now. At first, great, no problems. A couple small price increases but genuinely nothing that didn't make sense.

New owners happen, price hike hits. Fine.

ANOTHER change in ownership happens, and they have raised the price TWICE. One of those was trying to raise it nearly 100% of what I was paying prior to said increase. The ladies working here (which are very nice, I do not blame them at all - this is purely a corporate issue.) were able to get it back down some, but not fully.

As of writing this, I had to change my payment method recently, and now there seems to be no option to do an auto-pay. Because of this, I got hit with a late fee with no notification that it never got paid automatically or that it was even due UNTIL said late fee was added (even though my previous payment method was doing autopay with no problem).

It just feels like I have to babysit my storage unit way more than I should have to. Again, this is not at the fault of the ladies working here.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Sunday helped us find the right storage unit and our experience couldn’t have been better. Safe, clean and convenient location, 5 stars!

Very clean facility, easy access and several entry doors so one is close to where you need to go, automatic payments set up for my partner making the whole operation smooth. If you need help the office is open during business hours and Sunday and Tasha go out of their way to take care of what you need. Highly recommend.

BEYOND thankful for these ladies in the office. Tasha and Sunday. I understand they have personal lives but they makes sure to get to work right away and making sure my issues are solved. I understand I'm off work and the office is closed but Sunday has been patient with me and just reassured me she would contact her higher up. I'm so happy for my experience. I'm new to the Iowa area so for Sunday and Tasha reassuring me every step of the way made this move in process so much quicker! I'm so glad I chose this location. They really help me understand the move in process. Love the communication and allowing my days off. They really worked around that. Never had a business like this!!!!! I will spread this business on to other from my hometown!
