Felix out of Portland OR went above & beyond to get me into a unit in Iowa, though experiencing some Internet issues with my application, as did I before calling customer support. He had to reboot & call me back, which he was prompt at doing so, & ended up having to use his personal phone to do so, & through several frustrating technological issues, that all we could do is laugh about, he was determined, professional, kind, & simply a delight to talk to, after I had dealt with some competitors before attempting a unit at Just storage. Unlike customer service people at your competitors, Felix made the remainder of what had been a extremely frustrating & unaccomplished day, into my days end being accomplished & Happy! Very thankful for having Felix as the customer support person answering my call! He is a delight & great asset to your customer support team! Thanks a million Felix! You restored my faith in Customer Service people who truly do care!

Something is going on with staffing been there 4 times to try and pay my bill each within business hours not an employee to be found stopped by today and office was left unlocked another customer called corporate customer service number and we were asked to lock the office and exit through the back door of the office to secure it for them never in my life have I experienced a customer service call center ask a customer to secure there front office?

Update: this palace doesn’t seem to keep any employees. I have two storage unit and I spoke to a manager that was supposed to talk to the upper management id they can give me a discount on storage unit. I saw the charges on my storage unit and I called to ask what is going on. An employee was super nice spoke to me and explained to me what was the issue. She also informed me that a manager can’t give the discount until the district manager approve it. A month ago I spoke to somebody in the office and they were supposed to speak to upper management and they said they agree to lower my storage unit to 96 dollar a month per unit. But when I called and spoke to an employee she informed me that there wasn’t any notes or anything in their system to conclude that. I was also told that the employee that had told me about his reduction in rent may not be working there anymore. There isn’t any customer service when they took over from life storage. Add salt to the injury, they Increase my rent for my other storage unit. I just want them to have a better business model and take care of their customers.
