This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!! Their mover “JAIME VALDIVIA “ was the ONLY good thing about the company and the 5 stars go to HIM!!! He was patient and handled my things with care. The company will stick you with a bunch of extra fees that aren’t included in your deal even after verbally agreeing and signing the contract.. THEY CHARGE you extra outside of what’s agreed to have another truck deliver your things because the truck they send is too big.
They tried to charge me $900 to “wrap” 2 mirrors and 3 tvs and if I didn’t pay to wrap it they wouldn’t put it on the truck. Just an overall headache.
But again JAIME WAS AMAZING , sympathetic and professional throughout this whole process !!!!

My experience with JVA Transportation was excellent from start to finish. I needed to move some of my items to my new location of my business. The quote was reasonable and the contract signing and payment process clear and easy. I recommend this company.

I used a national transportation company and they subcontracted to JVA. The held my furniture hostage until we paid extra thousands for crazy little things. Avoid at all costs!

Steer clear of this company at all costs. Multiple issues including damaged items, lying on forms stating items were packed by owner when they were packed by the movers. Unforeseen and undisclosed fees totaling over $1,500 than originally quoted. Getting in touch with anyone at this place is nearly impossible and dealing with their third party insurance for claims takes more time than it is worth. Movers were extremely unprofessional and demanding tip money after damaging our items. Total scam and joke of a company. They will take no responsibility and not try to rectify your situation. STAY AWAY!
