Edit 1, reaponse to owner: to be clear, anyone considering this company will regret the service. Boxes were filled with pillows, and other light useless items maybe 2/3 of the way, and inventoried separately. Couch cushions went into boxes while being sperately inventoried from couches as whole. The kitchen was untouched. I already paid double the estimate, and additional 750$ for full pack. If you're comforting me by saying I didn't get charged extra.. then you disregard the thousand dollars for full service full pack through xvanlines. You also broke my book shelf. I haven't tested all the electronics, but maybe you'll write more non-sense in the customer replies, and I can keep updating. We hired a different moving company to move everything your sub-standard service left behind, and they did it same-day (on a sunday), faster, for one fourth of the price. You are the worst movers I've ever hired. You don't deserve even the one star you get, and I may report you to the Better Business Bureau.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a 'full service' moving package with them through X Van Lines. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.

Great experience with this company. They did a fantastic job moving my belongings from TN to MA. No problems at all.

My family and I had a great experience with JVA Transportation. The crew were amazing handling our stuff with care. Everything went smoothly from NC to Texas. We are very happy!.
