I recently hired JVA Transportation LLC for my move, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The entire team was professional, punctual, and efficient. They handled my belongings with great care and attention to detail. The movers went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend JVA Transportation LLC.

The company and the three movers made my move an excellent experience from beginning to end!!!

I do not recommend this company for any reason. From start to finish, this company was unprofessional, unenthusiastic, damaged our property, and took little to no steps to rectify these problems. To start, after being told there would be a very heavy item that would require a minimum of 4-6 people to move it, the company showed up with only two people. As a result, the company damaged the floors at our house moving the item and the door frame to the extent that the door would no longer close. We immediately notified the company of damages. We didn’t hear anything back until they showed up to deliver the items at the incorrect time and date. Upon delivery, their only resolution was a $100 discount for the dented floors and damaged door after we paid over $1600 for the moving service. Additionally, only upon delivery did we learn that the company would refuse to move the heavy item inside our house and instead left it in our garage. When I tried to call the dispatch office to inquire about this refusal, the driver THREATENED to immediately start charging me $150/hour to wait as I tried to get in touch their headquarters who wouldn’t answer the phone. To top it all off, the company would not communicate efficiently with us and after requesting to have a manager call me about this situation, I have yet to hear back from them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Moved from NC to MA a few weeks ago and went through Nationwide Moving Solutions who contracted the job off to JVA. First they messed up my pick up day, charged me extra because my stuff took up more space in the truck (They did the inventory check prior), charged me extra for the amount of feet to my apartment from the elevator etc...

Then it took 8 days to receive my belongings when they promised delivery in 4!!! I called the office every day and the admin kept telling me she didn't know where the driver was??? WHAT!? Kept calling and calling with no update. Finally received a call from the driver the day before, said he was going to deliver on a monday morning. (Which was my first day of a new job, and they said my stuff would be delivered 3-4 days BEFORE that).

Then they charged me an extra fee because they had to go up steps in my house, even though originally they said one flight of stairs was fine.

Awful communication, awful business practice, awful experience.

Silver lining is that nothing broke. But I would stay far far away from JVA if you need to move. Never Again.
