My husband and I put our household in storage June of 2017 when I retired. We have a place on the river and was always going to add on so we could bring everything here. Unfortunately in July of this year my husband passed away. In September my son and brother helped me clean out the storage to put at son's house. 3 mattresses, 2 box springs, 4 dressers, computer desk I had just purchased, all had to go to dump. Mold destroyed everything. Only salvageable was dishes in totts. Still some mold but thing good for bleach. I called them to say I cleaned it out and what I had found. The women on the phone said, oh, I will tell them and hung up.
Now I have lost mt husband and alot of other things. They certainly didn't care. Even told them Mike had passed. No sorry, nothing. I hope everybody else doesn't run into this. That's why we put it into a disclosed storage. Not out in the yard. Always paid the bill. Thank you for caring about my possessions.
