Outstanding service with really respectable workers! They were so FAST and have tips for the new home! The young lady on the phone was a peach to work with as well!
It was easy to schedule and they arrived on time. Everyone on the crew was careful to not damage anything. They were very efficient. I would refer them to anyone no doubt about it.
These guys were amazing. They did an excellent job and were very efficient. Complete move from one house to another in three hours and we had a lot of furniture. I highly recommend them.
Overall, we had a really good experience and the guys were great, very respectful, helpful and hard working. The lead guy, Rob, is another story. He hit the top of my footboard on the hanging porch light while carrying the piece in by himself. I was standing on the front porch directing the guys to where the items were going, so I saw him do it and he acknowledged it when he did it. I naturally went in to see if there was any damage and there were 2 longer scratches and a short one in the same area on the end of the top of the footboard. He said 'I definitely didn't do all of those'. I said that it bounced off and he definitely did. When I went back in later to show my husband, one of the scratches was gone, but the other, which dented the wood along the scratch was still there, but there were also shiny swirls around where it's at. He told me I shouldn't worry about it and it's just a character flaw. When I turned around, I saw a dark mark on the newly painted wall, about the size of the palm of my hand. I was startled and just said, 'What is that?' He said 'We weren't even over there. That wasn't us.' I said 'I certainly didn't make that mark and why are you arguing with everything I say?' I got a wet paper towel and it washed off easily. He apologized and said he wasn't trying to argue, but said it felt like I was nitpicking and things happen when people are underfoot. I said 'Was I not supposed to be on the front porch directing the guys? Was that underfoot?' He shook his head and gave up. The scratch and the dirt on the wall, neither one, are a big deal and if he would have been apologetic instead of arguing, it would have all blown over, but I definitely didn't appreciate the arguing. I got the best photo I could of the shiny swirls, but the scratches were easily captured in the photo. He ended up taking $40 off the total. I just think it's a shame that we had to end on a bad note because of one persons lack of people/communication skills.
