Very disappointed to leave this review, but I do not want this to happen to others. Despite confirming over the phone that we had both our move and pricing set, when we called back 48 hrs prior to the set moving date, we were told that not only were we not on their schedule, but that they did not even have any of our info or addresses. We understand and are sympathetic to mistakes happening, but instead of constructive conversation taking place to find other solutions, we were blamed for their own lack of communication, and also blamed for them losing our information and dates. We were then accused of lying and were told that specific phone conversations never took place, leaving us no choice but to find other movers for our family with less than 48 hrs notice. Had we not attempted reaching out several times the week of our move, we would've been left without movers on moving day. Worst and most rude customer service we have ever received. Beware that if anything goes wrong regarding your move, this company isn't interested in finding solutions. They are only looking to blame you for their own mistakes.
Hired Ken's Moving for local move. Office staff were very helpful in answering questions about how things should be packed. On moving day, four men arrived within the timeframe scheduled, were very polite and efficient. Our 4 BR, 2 story house was emptied and everything unloaded at the 3 BR ranch in about 3.5 hours. No damage that I can tell so far (2 days after move). Very reasonable fixed price (plus $2-$3 per box). Would definitely recommend.
Fast, friendly, professional
This company moved my daughter this week and it was like watching a well coordinated performance. This was the A team!!! So polite and took such care with everything. I was amazed how fast they got a household loaded and unloaded. They were wonderful to work with. Well done team!!! Give them a try …you will not be sorry!!
