Just speaking and setting up my move they where so professional in making sure they had everything ahead of time. If your moving I highly recommend you use this company.

I hired Kairos for a local move, one bedroom apartment up three flights of stairs. They did a good job and I would hire them again. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable and efficient team of movers.

Pros: affordable, flexible, kind, communicative

Cons: I did find they were a bit rough around the edges with moving stuff and packing it in the trailer (e.g., my couch came out with some minor scuffs and my wood table came out with some minor scratches) but I think that could be addressed going forward

Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would hire them again

We booked Kairos a few months ago for around 9 AM to move across town. When they didn't show up, we called and they claimed to have booked us for the afternoon which was not true. They had another move, so they said they would show up around noon. They ended up showing up around 4 PM. They offered us a 'discount' for being late, but it was hardly a discount and still more expensive than what I would have imagined. We had already moved most of the furniture ourselves! They quickly moved the rest of the stuff to the new house, which was about the only positive thing. Afterwards, the head mover had the audacity to ask for a good review. LOL
