More reasonable prices than anywhere else in town, while still being a secured facility. Great customer service (and I had a handful of interactions with the owner and staff). Clean, easy to access and the food was awesome... wait... wrong place on that last one. But seriously, well done. I've told two friends and they're both happy customers also.

Colt, thanks for the referral credit offer, but ONLY because we now have a personal storage unit at our new apartment, we've left. Kanab Cowboy will be our go-to place if we ever need external storage again.

Amazing experience, customer service, efficiency and pricing! Use this storage company, you won't regret it!

We just rented a yearly 10*15 space, and I had made a mistake with the reservation which Colt fixed immediately. Also, leaving aside now efficient he was, he answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them (first use process, code/access, office hours, yard hours, chances of mildew, weather in the area, moving supplies, Christmas hours, etc.). This is what my husband and I call a stellar business!

The icing on this cake is double layered:
A) The PRICING cannot be beat, we checked everything comparable in the surrounding area, and this is the one you need to choose if you're trying to save a little (let's be real, with the way the economy is, who isn't?!)
B) Colt was warm hearted and very genuine. He asked us what brings us to the area, he knew about the lot we had bought, as well as the contractor who is building our dream home to be. He gave us a good old fashioned welcome to the neighborhood feeling, and I told him people like him are the reason we fell in love with this part of the country!
