Feel like I need to do something because of the awful experience we had, so here we are... The move was the worst we've had from the get-go. Woefully under prepared (failed to pack our house when that's what we hired them to do), very small truck (to move a 10-person house), broke items and would not replace or compensate us for them. The worst offenses were leaving before the move was complete and taking the truck and saying they were done. Luckily two of the movers stayed and got the truck back but it just added more time to the move. And threw my wedding rings and other valuable jewelry into a random box, labeled it books, and I was distressed for a couple weeks before the rings turned up. It was awful, awful, awful. No apologies or compensation for our bad experience. Obviously would not hire them again.

Eric and his team helped us out on a delivery into the mountains last minute with a broken down truck. He and his guys transloaded the our product onto one of their trucks and delivered it without issues. They were in constant communication and I hope to give them more business. We need more companies like this..

We used Kangaroo moving service to help unload our uhaul truck. Would definitely recommend. Nick and Ethan were prompt, polite, worked well with each other and were very respectful of our belongings. Great communication via text, contacted us to confirm date needed, arrived when arranged and unload took exact amount of time they indicated. We arrived from out of state so this was great having them set up for next day to help unload. Would use them again. Thanks!

Pretty good. Moved fast.I Did not have all the boxes marked so a little hold up which rooms to put it in but it turned out fine. Used them twice. Very professional.

These guys were great! They showed up and went right to working taking care of all my belongings. Were very nice and proffesional with the way they worked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to move. I had some difficulty with movers in the past, but these guys were amazing. Even helped put my bed together.
