Review:

I was only moving a mile away, but I was promised 3 movers arriving between 8-10 AM, and it would take 6-10 hours. The day of the move, 2 movers showed up after 2 PM, over 4 hours late. One of them was wearing a court-issued ankle cuff. They got a bunch of boxes over and disassembled furniture, but had to come back the next day to move the furniture itself (and showed up over an hour late, this time with a 3rd helper.) They did give me a discount of $16 an hour and did not charge me a second $49 fuel fee, but it ended up taking more like 15 hours to move. Then they took some of my stuff, clearly marked with my name. I contacted them about getting it back and they promised it would be dropped off at my door that day. Other things like wrenches and sockets, headphones, etc. are missing; I haven't seen ANY those items in a month now, even the ones clearly marked with my name, and they refuse to answer the phone or respond to texts. I also have a magnetic dryer hook-up and they completely sheared it off, another almost $100 down the drain to replace it. So in short, I paid extra because they didn't deliver on their promises, and I have damages & missing items that they won't respond to me about. No, I would not recommend this company.

Review:

I just had George, Joshua, and Charlie. Guys were on top of it. Efficient and courteous. They know their job and do it well. I used them for 7 hours and was well worth every penny. Thanks again guys.

Review:

Worse company I have ever dealt with. They’re quick to reach out to you for your business after you inquire, but communication is BAD. Eric is the individual that was in contact with me. The movers showed up 4 hours late. Things happen - I get it. So because of the mishap, I asked for a discount, as he was fine with giving an option of taking $50 off or a free cleaning. Bad communication again - he didn’t respond after I inquired about that. Fast forward to the day of cleaning -NOTHING. Bad communication and holding me from a final walk through. Horrible company and horrible expectations. Time is essential, stop wasting others.
