The Owner and his staff is very Polite. They care about and know the value and importance of your furniture.. very punctual with being on time with my delivery. I would most definitely use KCR Quality Movers again! I would definitely tell and encourage my friends and family to use KCR Quality Movers for there next moving trip.

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this poorly as a customer. I called the company inquiring about a refund after the moving crew ripped my new couch I had just purchased. The owner immediately started screaming at me, and accusing me of ripping my couch on purpose to get some money. Even when the owner saw pictures of the tear, and I showed the delivery crew before they left. I called him to have a conversation and he took it as an opportunity to scream at someone maybe for his bad day. Not worth the disrespect.

Horrible service and they dont really care about your stuff or like being polite
