Kean's Moving & Storage

Kean's Moving & Storage were recommended by my realtor, as a reliable movers for my upcoming move. I called the company left a message and were contacted by Joe Tufano who is the proprietor according to his card. We agreed on an appointment to come to my house for the purpose of giving me an estimate. Mr Tufano showed a bit late but otherwise things seemed to go well. Mr. Tufano viewed and took notes and assured me that he will contact me with an estimate. I waited for a week, Nothing, no communication. Repeated calls and messages to the Company listed phone as well to Mr. Tufano cell, yielded no call backs. Do not use this company unless you like to be ignored. Even if the they chose to decline my business, I should have been entitle to an response. = Unreliable company and rude.

Kean's moved a piano for me last week. The two men moving my piano were respectful, careful and friendly. I would recommend.

This is the second time we used Kean's in 5 years. We moved 4-5 bedroom houses with kids and a grand piano. Our moves were about 1.5 hours apart. They are extremely professional and courteous. Their prices were better than anyone else's. Their equipment is modern and clean, and they have all the specialized tools needed to move our piano and furniture. The moving staff was quick, careful, and friendly. I would highly recommend Kean's to anyone looking to move to or from the tri-state area. You will not find better quality for the price.
