I had a bad experience with one of the movers, but Arthur made it right. While I was not satisfied before, I trust Arthur to manage his team well and correct any issues as they arise. In today's business environment I think that's the best you can ask for. The movers were capable and showed up on time. Satisfied. I would use their services again. The $40 reservation fee is returned back to you after the move is completed and does not go toward the value of the move. We received a discount on account of the bad experience. The prices for the services rendered were competitive.
