They always call back quickly if they’re unable to answer the phone. Friendly staff, very responsive, and I feel confident that my unit is secure.

the gentleman that helped us was fantastic. Can’t speak more highly about him. The reason for only four stars is the facility could use better dollies maybe slightly bigger to help move the furniture to the second floor. It would be nice if each of the storage bins had automatic lights that when you walk in the lights go on otherwise it’s very dark in the storage bin and I was there during the day.

Keep Safe has been our way for storing our college room appliances, boxes, furniture and items for the past 6 years. We’ve rented four units and we’ve fit up to 6 students fit in unit, which are easy to access, are kept dry and at the right temperature.

Pricing is easy, and we were even told by Guy, Dallas and their staff when the last student had checked out, with the unit being empty.

Useful and friendly.

They’ve even helped when the locker was stuck.
