This company saved us on more than one occasion and were outstanding. They came quickly and on time when our contactor continually ghosted us. They are fast, professional and super fair on their prices. Anyone who states they were overcharged clearly has zero idea on fair pricing for way above average work. We are using them again for a move and any other work we need done. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend them.

In response to the previous review, I strongly disagree. I’m writing this for my mother who is also widowed and is careful to trust laborers for many reasons. Isaiah and his crew have earned her trust after multiple jobs and she has come to depend on this company’s services for a range of jobs including removing a hot tub and a root ball that affected her gas line. They are transparent with cost and provide quotes in advance. They account for inflation and the cost of labor and are significantly more affordable and responsive compared to the bigger names in the area. They go above and beyond to assist my mom. On this last job one of the workers showed great initiative in pointing out a tree that was a risk for causing future damage. As a daughter, I am very grateful that my mom has a professional connection with this company and can depend on them. Thank you Keller Pro Services.

Great group of gentlemen, always show up and do a great job at a great price

This is to let you and the public know I feel your company over charged me a bunch for installing a new gas water heater in my home. I was pleased to find your company working on a weekend and so prompt on getting onto my job. I appreciate your promptness but after seeing your invoice I think you realized you had a woman you could over charge and I did not have a husband to help me, so you jacked the prices completely out of reason. The last hot water tank cost me around 500. I explained this to the man that brought the invoice and he said you always add 40% to items you purchase for the job which I find to be extremely high and the young man said you could give me back some money although he did not say how much. Since he said he could refund some money several times I feel even he thought I had been overcharged a bunch. I feel you owe me a good sized refund. I will not be recommending your business and will tell everyone I know how you overcharged me. Your company took advantage of an elderly widow and should be ashamed. That’s not the way to build a good reputation for your company in a small community. I hope you can rectify this situation.
