Pros: Prompt and VERY reasonably priced, especially with the promo. I put y name on a waiting list for a unit and immediately received a phone call. The caller was professional and thorough. The units are located within a convenient area (but also with privacy) for most Augusta residents.

Cons: Not a lot of light for most units if you are visiting after the sun sets. The door for my unit was extremely hard to open, even after I got the lock off. I called the support number and the caller was helpful and professional.

Overall, I do recommend using this company for storage.
