Storage units are adequate, customer service for Uhaul is a joke. Terrible reception to log in to pick up truck via mobile. It was suggested I “ walk around the parking lot with my phone in the air” as he’d seen other customers do. The owner is irresponsible, when I finally was able to get service after over an hour, the key was not in the truck. Collin was not concerned at all and his inadequate “weekend employee” finally arrived after 30 minutes to retrieve the key from the drop box, not the lock box on the truck. Needless to say, we were delayed loading our truck by 2 hours.

The staff is very helpful. Especially with the Covid restrictions. We were in a crunch for a space right away. They were able to accommodate us and we made a deadline. I would recommend Kennedy Self Storage.
