We used Kentuckiana moving for a move from Louisville to NC. They were professional from the start, beginning with Tyler who came to our house to give us a quote. The quote was by far the most affordable, which did have me a bit concerned about the quality of their service. My concerns were unfounded, however, as the service we received was exceptional. Our movers were Sam, Cornelius, Timmy G, and Curtis. They were all friendly and introduced themselves to me. They were polite and professional. I never heard them complain, even when I added on items to be moved and even when we were still packing late into the evening. They were meticulous about taking apart our furniture and keeping all of the parts together, so rebuilding everything on the other side went smoothly and nothing was missing. They went above and beyond helping me collect everything in the house. For example, one of the guys helped me take down curtains that I was struggling to reach and packed them up for me, even though we hadn't paid for packing. We have moved several times before, never with this much stuff, but this was by far our easiest and smoothest move. There were no delays or surprises. The quote was accurate. They were fantastic, and I highly recommend their services!
