Our move started off on a rough note as the crew let me know they would be 2 hours later than our agreed on and SET time, on the same morning as we were sitting there waiting for them. This really affected the timeline of moving my parents into assisted living.
I will say that Dalton and his crew were very respectful and kind to my elderly parents and they worked hard to make up for being late.
(Be aware, no one came ahead of time to do a walk through or box count, I was told they were late because they had to wait to rent a Uhaul so make sure you have a clear understanding and agreement before you proceed.)
