Jarod and co we very kind and efficient movers. They got me moved in and out quickly and were flexible with the constraints that my apartment building required of them.

Working with Dalton and Jarod was great! They were amenable to my schedule changes- thank you for the patience. And made an exception to their 2 hour minimum when I shared that I needed labor only moving help. They were professional and super nice. They got everything done expeditiously, expertly, AND we had some great conversation in the mix.
I will definitely be using these guys again! Can’t recommend enough!

I rarely provide this kind of review but wanted to leave a good review for them. Finding a good moving company is hard especially if you are not familiar with the area yet. I was really nervous and had been overwhelmed with the move but choosing Jarod's company was the correct choice I made. Jarod was always polite, positive and willing to help and answer my questions with kindness and patience. Having them definitely made my life easier in many positive ways. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I had some semi-large items (like less than 10) that we needed to move from a friend's place over to our place, about 30-45 minutes travel distance. We were actually recommended by the friend since she had used them to help load large furniture into her U-Haul truck. We had a super super last minute booking (like maybe a week before), and despite it being over 7/4 weekend we got super speedy responses from those at Key and Co.

The quote as well as the formal signing was sent to us quickly, which is always nice, but what I love the most was the fact that they are willing to communicate with you via text. That makes it so convenient because it's not always possible to check emails or phone calls during the day-to-day happenings. They're also super responsive via text too!

Day of delivery, Jarrod and Dalton kept us up to date on their ETA and any traffic they were hitting (again love the transparency). They moved everything SUPER quickly, tied it down to their moving truck very securely (one item was a mirror and they put the mirror on the couch, and then the cushions on top of the mirror as a protection...I mean honestly why did I not think of that?!?!), and once they got to our place they moved everything out just as quickly and carefully. They even asked which rooms we wanted the items which not all movers will do.

Despite it being a last minute booking, everything went amazingly well and super smooth. The overall charge and cost was totally fair to the work they did, the speed and efficiency, as well as the quality of their work and expertise. Love that it's a locally owned company (no really, both the owners are WA born/raised) and love how amazingly friendly Jarrod and Dalton are. They'll be the first ones we call the next time we need to move anything, anywhere!

These guys moved some of my big, annoyingly heavy furniture quickly and easily! The whole process was a breeze, and they were super friendly. Absolutely recommend!
