Scott was amazing from my initial phone call. Very professional and accommodating. Price for the move was great. The movers were also great, they were timely and professional. I had more stress packing than I did with the move, it was fast and orderly. I highly recommend Key Moving.

Great Price! Great Service! I used Key Moving for my move to Florida. Scott was my contact and answered all of my questions and stayed in touch with me. The movers arrived on time and wrapped everything very well. I needed a box truck to deliver in Florida and they were able to get this done and avoided additional charges. I had a wonderful experience working with Key Moving, and in particular the manager there, Casey Donlan. This company was super professional, friendly and reliable. They were able to move my belongings within an hour and even brought them back to be stored at their own storage facility, which saved me the extra work of renting a storage unit. Their pricing is very reasonable and the workers are very trustworthy! I will definitely be using them again. :-)

Casey ay Key Moving is a bit of a moron. First, he called the wrong day to confirm the on-site estimate. I agreed we could do it the day he called, instead of the scheduled day. Then, he complained about the time. We discussed 3pm-4pm, I asked if he could do 5pm. He said he couldn't because he was too worried about adding an hour to his work schedule. Not something the customer should have to worry about. I mentioned this and he hung-up. DO NOT USE!!! Unprofessional and stressful not something you need when moving!

Worst experience we have ever had. We are an experienced moving family and we have never been treated the way we were or had as much broken as we did.

We were quoted $5000, and AFTER all our belongings were in their possession, the total was changed to $8000.

The day of delivery the semi driver claimed he couldn't make the turn onto our street [it is a normal width residential neighborhood where we have seen [and have pictures of] other semi's driving. Because the driver chose not to make it down our street, we were charged an additional $2000 for them to get a Uhaul [I talked with the Uhaul owner, he said he charged them $50], and shuttle our belongings 0.1 miles to our house from a parking lot nearby.

Once all of our belongings were delivered we found an EXTRAORDINARY amount of damage, and have just filed a $6000+ damage claim.
