MOVERS DID NOT SHOW UP ON DAY OF MOVE. We were scheduled to move on July 30th (7am -9am). They never showed up and could not be reached. Had to find new movers on a Sunday at the end of the month. MOVERS DID NOT SHOW UP. They apologized and said that they must have confused the date.

called Key moving and storage for a quote for my relocation out of state. I talked with Scott Coleman, he immediately set my mind at ease and answered all my questions and provided me with a quote. I told Scott because of his attention to my concerns and kind ways I felt confident scheduling my move with Key Moving. From the start to the pickup in one state to the delivery 1200 miles away in another state the company has superseded my expectations.
All the movers on both trucks, pick up and drop off including Pedro and not to forget Scott, were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would not only use Key moving and storage again if I needed a move, I would refer friends and family to them.
Take comfort and know you and you possession's are in good hands if you choose this company. A heartfelt thank you to Scott Coleman and the team at Key Moving...God Bless All Of You.....

The staff/crew was wonderful, friendly and dependable .... special mention to Scott Coleman, who gave me the quote; assisted me and had been always there when you call. The packing team was likewise wonderful... efficient, friendly, fast and reliable.
It's just sad that one item was broken (a 6-drawer dresser) and could not be restored (as it was dismantled and stacked up in the moving van). I presume it fell while on transport. I learned from the driver of the truck that I was the last customer items to be delivered, so I presume it fell on the floor and broke the support of drawers. I just hope I could make a quick claim. I just sad (kinda' disappointed) this thing had happened.

Hard workers. Came promptly. Gave true estimates as far as cost and time. These guys were fabulous and we highly recommend!!

I use this company to move from New York city to Indianapolis, IN the staff were friendly and helpful, my stuff was delivered to my new address on time and safe. I will use them again if I ever need to move. Thanks very much. Keep up the good work.
