I don’t recommend anyone doing business with this company. I paid my deposit in March for a move in August and I just received a in July trying to change our agreement by $1000. The quality manager “ Nick “ told me they couldn’t refund my money. And the thing is I didn’t write the contract. I’m disabled and can’t do the move myself. This is terrible customer customer and completely unacceptable.

Don’t believe in fake 5 stars ⭐️ Reviews. This company is not good. They give you good price in advance, after when they bring it to your home they charge you whatever they want to. If you don’t pay them they keep your stuff for the money.
Update: Finally received shipment. Missing 3 items. What did arrive was horrible. Boxes smashed, shelf broken. They move your stuff from warehouse to warehouse. I also ended up paying WAY over the original quote. I won't ever do this again. I'll drive that U-Haul next time.
Being ex military good at packing, I was shocked at the conditions of the boxes. DO NOT BOTHER! Get U-Haul or upack.
2021 move. Called and scheduled a pickup in MN which was fine. They were responsive and no issues, although my moving costs magically went up (imagine that). At any rate, a moving company came and got my things. Now, a month later, its crickets. I was able to get ahold of them on June 18 and was told movers should be in touch with me this week (its now June 25). Crickets. NOW, all week, I can't get a hold of ANYONE with Keystone. Email, voicemail ignored. Phone rings and dumps to voicemail and no one picks up. Are they out of business???

I know the moving company delivering my goods will be a 3rd party contractor company but I don't know what that company is to get in touch with them.
Why isn't Keystone answering their phones and replying to emails?
I initially booked this company because they gave me a great price and sounded great (I was WRONG). Once we paid our deposit, it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. I was told I’d receive I phone call 4-5 days before my move date, nope. I had to call multiple times and multiple numbers until I finally got hold of someone. They scheduled my pickup for either the 9th or 10th, i told then i was not available the 10th so they changed it to the 8th or 9th. Then they called to go through my inventory in detail. I told them EVERY single piece of furniture I had (with measurements) and how many boxes and tubs I had (also with measurements). Guess what, my price went up in double! Because I had more items than my original quote, okay fine. I finally get my call of when the movers will arrive, it’s on the 10th when I told them i wasn’t available. So now I have my dad at my house with movers, they do a walkthrough and increase my quote another TWO THOUSAND dollars because I had more stuff than I told them. So not only did keystone not communicate my proper inventory, they didn’t schedule it for the correct day. This company is horrible, so not waste your time. Now I’m have to pay 6 thousand over my original quote and I can’t get in contact with any of them from the company. No one answers, no one reruns the voicemail either. I’m beyond angry.
