Review:

So professional and the communication between the customer service ladies was on point throughout all points of my move. I was told in the beginning to read all of my emails so i can stay prepared. It gave me insight on my delivery and what to expect and prepare for. Honestly they gave me very helpful information verbally but also made sure I fully knew everything and made me extremely comfortable. I love supporting small businesses and was really lucky to have used Keystone. There were a few things that came up during my pickup but they made sure to help me realize what i was paying for, and if i did have any issues I just contacted customer service and they were right on top of it communicating with the movers. Will be recommending for sure.

Review:

On phone they said -they'll deliver stuffs in 3 days, but after booking and paying money, they said it'll take 3 weeks to deliver the goods. Also, when asked for the update, they said - they dont know where is our stuffs.

Horrible company to work with, very poor communication skills. Changed timelines nonstop. I havent had my belongings for a month due to this company.living on theb floor and not able to enroll my child in school because they have everything. Would give a 0 star if I could

Do not use this company! They are a broker and don’t disclose that on initial quote. They quote you low initially and when third party movers arrive I ended up paying thousands more. They do not explain before hand that delivery date is the date they load your items from warehouse to a semi truck. It is not a true delivery date. When movers finally arrived, I was forced to sign Bill of lading and pay prior to unloading of items. I had multiple broken pieces of furniture that were beyond repair. I was also missing half my delivery and was told a truck would be there in an hour and then said the next day. Keystone and APX went back and forth for a week because they “misplaced” the rest of my items. Finally received my items 3 weeks later. Lots of broken furniture and smashed boxes with broken items. I’m still missing boxes and the parts to the broken pieces of furniture. They also off loaded other people’s items that were also broken. I was told by Keystone they use “accredited” carriers and “never” had a problem before. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is something I have never experienced. They truly do not care about your service and wash their hands of everything, stating it’s the carriers problem. And to file a claim with carriers that takes up to 120 to even decide if you will be reimbursed a fraction of what your broken items are worth. I was blamed for signing the Bill of lading even though APX forced me to! And was also blamed by Keystone for not calling them sooner about partial shipment and broken items. Even though I did, they never answer your phone calls! Please save yourself thousands of dollars and do not use this horrible excuse for a company!!
