I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience with K & G moving 'experts'.

I was quoted a specific amount during my initial call. However at the time of pick up, a separate valuation with convoluted logic was conducted because I had a couple of additional boxes and I was charged 2.2x more than the original quote. When I asked for an itemized breakdown, the person loading told me he was 'doing me a favor' and an itemized breakdown would cost more. Given that I was moving the next day, I had no choice but to go with their service.

As for the delivery, I was initially told that I can expect delivery in 4-8 days. However, it took 16 days for me to get my goods delivered. To further rub salt into my wounds they also broke my TV and bookshelf. Please avoid this service at all costs.

UPDATE - A day after this review, I received an email from the company saying writing a review like this 'can have serious consequences'. So in addition to the emotional and financial damage this company has cost me, now they are also threatening me.

The guys were awesome. Helped with putting pieces where they needed to go. Highly recommended
