We were in Broken Bow the week of 11-25-24. We were originally in Perch Awhile which was in serious need of cleaning and overall maintenance. Even after replacing the burned and blackened burner plates on stove and unusable cookware, dirty rugs in the bathroom, the toilet kept stopping up. While sitting on the sofa, cold air is blowing down on your head because the ac unit in the wall above isn't sealed.
Although no mention of any credit of fees for our inconvenience, they at least relocated us to a nicer unit that was closer to our friends in rvs at the state park.
The jury is still out. If we're back in the area, we may give them another opportunity.

This is the third time I have stayed in one of Kiamichi cabins. We have NEVER been disappointed. The prices are reasonable, cabins, are spacious, clean, and if you need anything they come out and take care of it. I will continue to come relax in their cabins.

Stayed in perch awhile cabin, management was rude and disrespect. Cabin was dirty and didn’t have furniture shown in pictures, bed was new but extra extra firm. Felt like sleeping on the ground. We would have slept on the sofa if it had been full size. Didn’t have towels in bathroom so we couldn’t take a shower which had hair on the bottom. Asked for a refund for the second night and only received a partial refund. When I asked the price of the cabin they said it was $105 a night but they charged me over $200 for one night. I DO NOT recommend this cabin or company for rentals.
