Kid Gloves, Inc.

We have a design firm that operates out of the Atlanta area. We have had a few installations take place in the New Orleans area over the past few years. The team at Kid Gloves is always polite and willing to change dates to accommodate our needs whenever possible. Seeing a few negative reviews about them is a little aggravating so I am leaving this positive one since they have always done us right!!

Very disappointing. As requested, sent numerous photos to them of the steps and landing they would need to take a large piece of furniture upstairs. No response. Called them back, and they promised to get back to me later in the day. They didn’t.

I wouldn’t even leave 1 Star if 0 were an option. Had a large delivery scheduled for June. Several items were missing, 2 items were damaged (attempted to glue a handle back on without anyone seeing) Left 3 items that were not mine! A couple of weeks later showed up unannounced to pick up items that were not mine, but didn’t leave my missing items. Today, after waiting 2 months to receive missing items, showed up unannounced (told decorator 1-2p and then showed up at 10:50 with no call) Thankfully neighbor saw them to accept delivery… which only had 2 chairs and still did not contain any of the other items I have been waiting on! I have called, left messages, asked if I can pick my own items up and NEVER received a response!
