My experience with Kinetics Moving Co., has been a great experience. Moving is not an easy task it can be very stressful and overwhelming making sure that everything is in order and hoping your valuables will be handled properly. Well! I was amazed at the way Kenetic Moving Co., handled the entire Moving process from packing, transporting and unpacking. They made me feel so stress free. They were professional, friendly and they made sure before they were done that my Moving experience was much more than I expected. I highly recommend them. If I ever had to move or relocate again. Kinectics Moving Co., would be my first and only choice

Our decision to engage this moving company for a comprehensive service, including packing, moving, and unpacking, turned into an unmitigated disaster. The owner arrived a staggering three hours late at 1 pm, contrary to the agreed 10 am schedule. This tardiness was exacerbated by their arrival in a small truck, despite having assessed our belongings a month prior, and lacking the essential boxes and equipment necessary for the job. Consequently, we were compelled to insist on additional boxes and a second truck. Upon arrival to our new place, the owner had our boxes outside under the rain.

The moving process dragged on relentlessly until 4 am the following day, leaving us utterly exhausted and compelled to halt the unpacking process prematurely. To add insult to injury, the audacity of the owner to request a tip was utterly unacceptable.

Upon initiating the unpacking process, we discovered extensive damage to some of our belongings due to insufficient cushioning during packing. Despite repeated attempts to seek compensation for the damages through multiple ignored emails, we have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or resolution.
