Let's start from the beginning, I did my research on movers because sadly enough I move lot and had some bad experiences with other companies. However, when I read the reviews about King David Moving and Storage, I had to call to find out if it was indeed true. I spoke with Liana an angel on earth! She takes her job seriously, very thorough and knowledgeable. Her voice is extremely welcoming. She provided me with a quote and it was the best quote I received compared to other companies (remember you pay for what you get). The day of my move, Lead Martin called with notice and upon arrival he, Aaron and Javier immediately started moving belongings to the truck. They were all very professional, polite and quick. Absolutely, no issues! Sadly enough my sectional did not fit in my new home. Martin and his crew did everything to try to get it in but it was no luck. I wasn't sure what to do at this point and ask Martin for help. He called the office and recieve approval to take it with him to donate to a church. Turns out they help the community with these type of items. Incredible!!! There was a fee to take my couch but worth it knowing it's going to another home and I dont have to worry about my landlord being charged. I recieved a follow up call today from Liana and was so thrilled to say how great everyone/everything was. Overall, I could rave all day about how amazing this experience was. Do not second guess them, call for yourself. You will not have any regrets!
