Always stealing your stuff from your barrel! Don’t use this shipping company!!!

I mail a 35 pound box ? true air at king soloman shipping company at liberty ave, the address is 134-09 Liberty Ave . This cost $181.00 dollars my I had no option to sent it because i already pack the box ? . every single year I alway mail a box thru this company, paying that amount of money was too much but I convinced myself, the item worth the money , since I sent it for Christmas for my nieces. In that box contains Christmas candy and clothing… the candys that got the weight. Bear in mind i spend over $250 plus US for purchasing this Christmas candy. I full 3 big white stockings full to the max n one red stocking too. Bear in mine when my brother receives that box in Guyana ?? it was open. So he video call me showing me what they receiving, from the stockings the 3 white was almost empty and some few other item was missing as well…. I was f in upset and cut off my brother. I call the company telling the guy what happened. He said ok I will call Guyana custom and get back to me, so during that day I did not receive any call back from king soloman , then I decide calling them back . I call 4-6 times that day but that never give a response what happened or call me back, when I am calling he knows my voice now. He hanging up on me…. Trying the next day again to hear what will be of the outcome of this situation. I spoke him , he take my number saying he will give the manager and I will be expecting a call from her . Guess what it’s over a week now never a call from this guy, manager or any call from this company… I pay to sent my stuff with this company and they theif my stuff… urgently people who sent stuff with them to be careful… I lost
That guy who answer the phone is really rude .
I will talk to 592 news about this, ripping off people especially on Christmas. Stealing from kids especially on Christmas . Shame

Hello guys please DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY TO SHIP UR STUFF....the are very rude n not reliable at all...I sent two barrel with this company, Door to door and my mom didnt receive it as yet,it's almost three 3 months now..when I call they said it's a delay and then I did al the payments from nyc after to find out thy told my mom she has to pay tax on each barrel....mind u I paid all the necessary fees already...I call the guyana office the person tht answer the phone she was so Damm rude....if u guys be like this to customers u will be loosing businesses....if u have to pay a little bit extra to another shipping company please do it.
