Worst experience with King Solomon, paid for 5 days shipping by air and 3 weeks already pass and didn't get my box as yet.This is not the first time. They are not a reliable company plus the person that answered the phone always get some attitude and cut off the phone on me.Neverrrr againnnn.

For the first time this is a disaster for my boxes with you guys paying that amount of money to express service and cannot received my stuff after 15 day . It’s very depressing.

I'm never sending air cargo with them again instead of 5 days my cargo took over three weeks plus when you call to find out Information about your stuff they have alot excuse and the guy in there is very rude he don't know how to talk to people never sending with them ever again

The workers especially the one that answer the phone is very rude and is like they don’t care about customers , because of their unfriendliness this is my last time sending any thing with them and the man say to me he don’t care where I take my business, lol king Solomon manager needs to review this, the one that take calls for the business don’t want mention his name his behavior is like you must not call there an ask anything shouting at customers from top of his voice , they needed to be sue for this nonsense and for harassing customers with no good attitude and behavior
