Horrible experience
I personally pack my stuff in 2 barrels for my vacation
When I receive it back home my gucci purse & Calvin Klein bag was missing

Every time I ship with this office is a problem ?I pay for air cargo and my package always delay because they sending it by sea n charging me for air they scamming ppl

I shipped via sea successfully from the US to Guyana for the first time using KSL. I tried othe companies prior but the experiences weren’t so great.

But KSL’s team both in the states (thank yoh Veronique) and in GY were super helpful, pleasant, up to the T and swift. Would recommend a thousand times over! Actually, I’ve already started recommending.

Terrible company. Customer service is terrible. They can’t drive their truck and causing huge traffic issues in the neighborhood. Please hire more skilled and professional employees.
