DO NOT use this company! They damage your items, go slow just to get you for more money AND say they can’t move things to a certain area after already having knowledge of what items and where they are going before they come out. I let the “owner” Cat know what would need to be moved and where, she guaranteed the “best movers” would be out to do the job, nope. IT DIDNT! The guys kept saying “oh we need someone taller, stronger”- so, me and another woman shorter than me, neither of us stronger than either of those men moved this item upstairs later on within 6 minutes. One of the guys kept getting so mad (horrible anger issue) said he had nowhere to live, the other was on something and took so long to move anything, was on his phone or standing around texting majority of the time. I was charged for 6 hours!!! This job could’ve been done in 3 max! I had a horrible experience with them before and the lady guaranteed it would be much better this time. Huge mistake made by me trusting her. What a joke. Still have not received my refund, still no contact. I would steer clear from this company.

There is a reason they have so many high reviews. Courteous, kind, professional and extremely flexible with your needs. Highly recommend.

Had to move last minute and James was able to accommodate me. James and Darius were professional, efficient and super friendly. Helped me move a TON of stuff up to a 3rd floor apt in less than two hours. Awesome job !!!
