Locked out twice by management unnecessarily, admittedly their mistake, auto draft without our permission more than once, gates left wide open for a whole weekend, several rate increases since new owners took over.
Tired of the worry over the lack of care of our personal belongings or customer relationship. So stressful. We were long time, on time paying customers. We won’t be referring anyone to Kings anytime soon.
