Bought a mattress set from JCPenney's and this company was supposed to deliver it but they called 15 minutes before they were going to be at the house. We couldn't be there so they took them back to the warehouse. Then we got all kinds of runaround and finally cancelled our order with JCPENNEY'S.

I am all about accountability. You can’t tell someone you are coming from 0900 to 1000 and it is 3 pm and still nothing. Now you call that is when they start giving you a life story. They send people who can’t even pick up a single 30IB equipment without complaining. Like it is a moving company yiu should be somewhat physical ready for it jolt Christ. The army should honestly stop using them as contractor. The same thing happen to 5 of my friends within a same month.

These are my go to people. Great customer service with a true caring approach. They go out of their way to help you out. Solid professional movers.

Absolutely the worst move we've ever had. Our items were poorly packed, and the load was not secured in their truck. They drove off, came back the next day, and all of the boxes had fallen over. They loaded the mattress' without any wrapping, boxes were smashed, and the crew had a non chalant attitude. Total non-caring. These are just a few of the images I took of their poor work. If I could give them a negative star, I certainly would. Please shop around for your moving company!
