Everyone that we dealt with at Donate Kitsap were polite, cordial and professional. I had to change pickup dates and Jacob was always patient, accommodating and helpful with my numerous phone calls. On the day of our pickup, Craig and Sherpa let us know they were running late but would be there soon. They were super efficient even in the pouring rain. We will definitely use their services again!
