One of our clients was closing an office in Fort Wayne, and we needed to get items packaged up, palletized, wrapped and strapped, shrink-wrapped and labeled - then dropped off at a local trucking company for shipping to TX. Jory was very responsive - gave me a ball park estimate up front, scheduled us on the date/time requested, and took the extra step to swing by the office and verify the items being shipped and what they would need in order to accomplish the job. K.J. Brothers is among THE most professional companies of ANY business I've ever dealt with. Great communication, they arrived exactly on time, had all the tools and equipment matched to the job and were loaded and ready to go in 30 minutes. They made short work of disassembling a queen size bed and reassembled it at the destination in no time. Very impressive!
