DO NOT USE KJ's Moving Company! To make a long story short, I was in contact with this company for several days before the move. On the day of the move, I spoke to the owner at 7:30 am and gave him the exact time of arrival. However, after my arrival, he called me and told me he couldn't get in touch with his movers to come to my location. I understand this problem and really didn't have any issue with it since I was saving like $400. However, the owner then 'cancelled' the reservation and charged me a $150 cancellation fee. That type of conduct is unprofessional and makes me think they are untrustworthy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR POSSESSIONS!
