We have rented a storage unit from them for 2 years. There have been a few hiccups with miscommunication but they have always been willing to make it right. I appreciate them going the extra mile to make their customer service exceptional and making customers their number one priority. They've gone above and beyond. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area needing a facility.

I personally went to the location to reserve a truck to make sure everything was good. I gave my credit card ahead of time and the employee assured me that they would be at the location on a Friday so that I could start my move. I showed up on Friday morning and nobody was at the location. I called multiple times and left a message for someone to call me back when they showed up so that I could start my move. I stopped by several times throughout the day and nobody was ever there. Long story short, nobody showed up for work that day and it's about 6 weeks later and I still have not received a call back. When you take vacation time and need to move, this is obviously a problem, and the fact that they still haven't shown enough courtesy to call me back says a lot about the business. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars.
